How We Work

From first question to running system

Three engagement modes — Discover, Plan, Execute. Start anywhere; each delivers standalone value. (For the phase-by-phase breakdown of what happens inside your Blueprint week, see the Process section on the home page.)

01

Discover

AI Readiness Score™

Free2-5 minutes

Take our free assessment to find out where you stand. You’ll get a readiness score, your top automation opportunities, and a clear recommendation on whether a Blueprint is right for you.

You know your stage, your top bottlenecks, and your next step.

02

Plan

Blueprint Week

From $2,5001 week

We map your workflows, score your bottlenecks, evaluate tools against your constraints, and deliver your AI Workflow Blueprint — a 90-day execution plan with named owners, milestones, and KPIs. Your team spends about 2 hours total.

Your team has a plan they can start executing Monday morning.

03

Execute

Implementation + Ongoing Management

$5,000–$15,000 build · $2,000–$3,500/mo ongoing2–6 weeks, then monthly

We build and connect the recommended tools from your Blueprint — setup, integration, data migration, and testing. Afterwards, optional monthly management keeps workflows optimized, tools evaluated, and your team supported as the business evolves.

Your system runs, keeps improving, and your team stays trained.

Our Principles

How we think about your workflows

Fix the process, then add the tool

Most teams buy tools before they understand their workflows. We always map first, automate second.

Deliver proof, not proposals

Every engagement produces a working artifact — a score, a blueprint, a system. No slide decks.

Your team runs it, not us

We build for handoff. Everything we deliver is documented and owned by your people.

Measure or it didn’t happen

Every plan includes KPIs. Every retainer includes monthly metrics. If we can’t show improvement, we’ll tell you.
